Iwing Marketplace embarked on a journey to create Afro Fashion By Chi, an African fashion ecommerce application that aimed to showcase the richness and elegance of African fashion to a wide audience. However, they faced the challenge of developing an application that not only captured the essence of African beauty but also appealed to the African audience while optimizing for keywords and maximizing customer conversion.

To tackle this challenge, we adopted an iterative approach following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This approach allowed us to break down the project into manageable phases, iterate on each phase, and gather feedback along the way to ensure the application’s success.
